Please Note: All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipping. Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of purchase.

Where do you ship?

We are proud to ship worldwide! However, due to logistical constraints, we are currently unable to deliver to a few remote regions and some parts of Asia. The checkout process will confirm if we can ship to your location.

What are my shipping options and costs?

We offer two straightforward options to suit your needs:
Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): A flat fee of $12.95. Your order is delivered via trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx with full tracking.
Free Shipping (15-25 Business Days): Available on all orders over $50. This economical option is fulfilled via EMS.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Why does my order status still show “Processing”?

Please allow 1-2 business days for our team to carefully prepare and pack your items. Your order status will update to “Shipped” once it’s on its way, and you will receive the tracking information then.
