- Exchanges: Subject to availability. We recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item to ensure the fastest service.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Authorization: Our customer care team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the return shipping address (based on our warehouse location for your region).
- Pack Your Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and any accessories. Please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package using a trackable service. We recommend insuring your return, as Mikuta Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected (typically within 3–5 business days). We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
