Policy Overview
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
- Exchanges: Subject to availability. For the fastest service, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
Important: Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene, safety, and the integrity of our products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Jewelry (for intimate wear and hygiene reasons).
- Socks (for intimate wear and hygiene reasons).
- Swimwear with the hygiene liner removed or tags detached.
- Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase (e.g., select items from our SUMMER SALE collection).
- Any item that shows signs of wear, washing, damage, or is not in its original condition.
Step-by-Step Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return or exchange. You may use the template provided below.
- Receive Authorization: Our customer care team will respond within 1–2 business days with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address for your region.
- Pack Your Item(s): Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Please include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation inside the package.
- Ship Your Return: Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship using a trackable service. We recommend insuring your return, as Mikuta Store is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received at our warehouse, your return will be inspected (typically within 3–5 business days). We will notify you via email once the inspection is complete.
